JAM Campus Abroad welcomes you to participate in the Annual Global University Fairs for the academic year 2026-2027 in Mumbai, India. This is an important calendar event for many schools and colleges in Mumbai. 2026 will be the 10th year and has been held since 2017.

You interact with students, their parents, & faculty, and make presentations. The venues are top Indian schools and colleges. One evening during the visit, we will hold an event with counselors.

TARGETED AUDIENCE

Schools offering the IB Diploma, Indian Diploma. Students are interested in undergrad programs including Engineering, Management, IT, Sciences, Business, and Humanities, among others.
Colleges offering 3-year Business or 4-year engineering bachelor's degrees are also on the visiting list. Young graduates are now seeking a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Design, Arts, and Humanities.

We have previously organized the Global University Fair in the most reputed high schools in Mumbai. Some of them are mentioned below.

IB/CBSE Schools in Mumbai:

Podar International School, Dr. Pillai Global Academy, DSB International School, D Y Patil Int'l School, Hill Spring, Oberoi Int'l School.

DELIVERABLE TO YOU. A 3-day visit to Mumbai includes visits to:

4 schools for a duration of 2 hours per visit.
2 colleges for a duration of 2 hours per visit
Minimum of 2 venues in one day. The visits are conducted in the morning and afternoon.
A 5-star hotel event where you meet counselors. Meet students at a hotel venue.

PRE-EVENT MEDIA:

Social media campaigns with targeted reach.
Pre-event mailers are to be sent periodically to the audience.
PDFs of universities to be circulated by different means of social media such as WhatsApp and Email.
Written confirmations from the school with the date and schedule of the University fair.
Schools/ Colleges will confirm the total number of students participating and agree to the time of the event well in advance. All details will be shared with you before you visit India.
Registration of students for the event. Only students interested will participate.

DURING THE EVENT:

All Universities will have their displays inside the institution’s auditorium or classrooms on an equal footing. A dedicated space would be assured to the university representatives for a one-on-one session and group discussions.
1 standee per university would be recommended.
Electrical power, adequate lighting, and air conditioning will be arranged.
Interested students will have their transcripts scanned, copies ready. .
